Refund policy
Most of the products Plants and Things LLC sells are plants, plant-based, natural products, custom made or customized and are not eligible for refund or return.
If an item is eligible for return it must be returned in the original packaging otherwise there may be a 20% restocking fee assessed and any other applicable charges relevant to the product. such as return shipping cost.
All returns must be approved by Plants and Things LLC (including Plants'n Things). Do not return an item without approval from Plants and Things LLC. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Subscription- Tea Club Membership- Annual membership cost for extended membership is not eligible for refund. Once a subscription is canceled, any credits will not apply, and refunds are not issued. Cancel -at will - anytime to cancel auto renewal on next annual renewal date. Perks will discontinue upon non-renewal date.
For items that are refundable- We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@plantsandthingsllc.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and any consumable products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Live Plants
- Custom products (any and all)
- Customized products
- Personalized products
- Any item without prior approval from Plants and Things LLC
- Delivery fees and/or trip costs
- Natural products- Due to the nature of these products and how they are sourced and made to
order, these items are not returnable nor refundable. Please read the product ingredients prior to
purchasing to confirm you agree to purchase the product. - Subscription/memberships

Deposit - Personalized orders-
On personalized order requests, Plants and Things LLC requires a deposit amount equal to one-half of the
estimated purchase amount. This deposit is non- refundable. In the case that a satisfactory final product can not be achieved under ordinary circumstances, then Plants and Things LLC will reduce the
non-refundable portion of the deposit to 20% and will refund the difference only after all efforts to
produce a satisfactory product reasonably have been exhausted.
Most of the non-plant products Plants and Things LLC sells are custom made or customized or made to order and are not eligible for refund or return.
If an item is eligible for return it must be returned in the original packaging otherwise there may be a restocking fee assessed and any other applicable charges relevant to the product such as return shipping cost.
For dissatisfaction of personalized and customized products, you will have the opportunity before final product to confirm satisfaction of the product with the designer and/or staff unless you have waived this part of the process through communication or through non-communication upon follow up contacts attempted by Plants and Things LLC staff. Delivery fee- Plants and Things LLC does not deliver to areas, locations, or situations deemed to be unsafe by the driver. In this case, the item will be returned to stock and the Delivery Fee will not be refunded.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
