Welcome to the Plant Palooza Vendor Event 2024! 2nd Annual Event!  You will be a part of this wonderful event in the community of Downtown Bonne Terre! This event will be a public marketplace event featuring plants of many sorts and plant-based products. We welcome vendors selling these products in various forms such as live plants, plant accessories, plant based bath and body products, and other relevant goods. We are also looking for vendors who are eager to do live demonstrations for a crowd or educational demonstrations.  We are looking for food vendors and bakers with relevant food items.  This year there will be vendors selling other goods, however, we the prioritization is still plants.  Bring your A+ game, as we will be awarding best booth experience this year based on customer feedback.  Come join in and get to selling! Market your brand! This is a great opportunity for customers to 'come one, come all' to one location to shop plants and learn a thing or two. We appreciate all our vendors participation in transforming this space into a beautiful scene with such great products and information.   Contact us with vendor questions. 

When: July 20, 2024  9am-5pm.

Unloading and Set-up will be between 8a-845am.

Vendor spot is a 10'x10' spot.  You can request 2 spots, however the second spot is subject to availability to ensure each vendor a chance.  

 

You must agree to comply with the following regulations: 

1.  Full payment must be made at the time of reservation/registration. Checks and credit/debit cards are accepted for your convenience. Your space will not be reserved until full payment and all documentation has been received. 

2.  Event will be held rain or shine. No refunds for approved vendors.  


3.  The Plant Palooza Event Planners and Plants and Things LLC reserves the right to refuse approval of any application for any 
reason.   

4.  All vendors will be accepted first come first serve and booth placement is the sole discretion of The Plant Palooza Event Planners and Plants and Things LLC.  

Priority will be given to plant relevancy vendors first.


5.  No music of any kind will be permitted in the vendor areas, except officially designated music (if any) by the event planners. 

6.  Any sales tax requirements or licensing are at the sole responsibility of  each individual vendor. Please contact local tax authorities for further sales tax information.   

7.  Vendor is to provide their own tables, chairs, and tents, if desired and are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

8.  Booths should be attractive and with all packing materials, etc., out of sight.  Please price your items clearly.  Information Only Booths are not allowed at this event. All booths must offer items for sale unless otherwise previously designated by the event planners. 

9.  Prior to the event, you will receive an email with unloading instructions. We allow only limited time for unloading and then you will take your vehicle to a designated 
parking area.  Please be sure you have adequate assistance on hand for unloading quickly. 

10.  There is no on-site security.

11. Vendors are responsible for weather protection of items.  This is an OUTSIDE sale.  
Please bring cover for your booth in case of rain.  Canopy/tent cover is acceptable with tie-down weights if you so choose, as you will be placed on a graveled surface.  No sharp tent pegs are allowed. We do NOT furnish tents. 


12. Booth space is 10ftx10ft.  No electricity is available. 

13.  Vendors must follow time guidelines. No early breakdowns. Vehicles are allowed in the vendor area for a maximum of 15 minutes to unload or load.  There will be no vehicle traffic or vendor parking in the vendor area during open hours. Opening hours begin at 9am.

14. Vendors must comply with all local, state, and federal ordinances and laws. Anyone found to be in violation of any ordinance or law will be asked to leave immediately. 

15.  If you intend to prep food onsite for sale or to sell prepped or pre-packaged food you must comply with all St. Francois County Health Department rules.

16.  All trash must be removed from booth space before leaving the event.  

17.  Vendor parking will be available. 

18.  Registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.  However, if spaces are unavailable at the time of your application, your application/registration fees will be returned to you.
