Marketplace Seller Fees

Current Seller Fee Structure is:   Commission + Flat Fee.  

As follows-

6% commission fee + $1.00 flat fee per product sold. 

There is additionally a 3% transaction charge per product sold or order (this covers fees to process the orders in the payment system such as credit card fees, etc.)

Payout is: 

- Weekly for the sum of all eligible order payouts during the week's period. 

- Upon completion of the Refund Day Period- 3 days. The seller’s total due earning is on the completion of refund days.  Our system will calculate and pay earnings of orders whose refund days are expired.  The order earnings will show into the Seller Payments view but will not transfer the payment to the seller automatically. Payment will transfer upon completion of the Refund day period which is currently 3 days post delivery. The customer has up to 3 days after delivery date to inspect and return the product or contact seller to resolve within this timeframe. Payout will take place on the weekly payout date. 

Sales Tax- Sales Tax is not inclusive in product prices. Please do not uncheck the 'charge taxes on this product' box when adding products.  Customers will be assessed sales taxes on all tax eligible purchases. This sales tax collection is not part of seller earnings calculations.  Earnings are calculated on product price/base price.  The Marketplace will automatically calculate and collect the sales tax on product purchases through the website, then remit it to the appropriate tax authority.

Other taxes- We are not responsible for seller taxes. Please seek tax advice to determine your tax situation and whether or not your sales will be assessed for your tax income or other taxes.   

Shipping- Shipping will be calculated and administrated by admin end.  Seller will be sent shipping label and printing label.  Sellers are not charged for customer shipping through our website, the customer pays shipping based on product shipping calculations automated in the system. Please be mindful to enter correct weight information when adding product information. If the weight is incorrect when the item is shipped per label and needs to be adjusted, then the adjustment will be deducted from the seller's earnings.  For Refunds- Shipping amount as stored in our database will be automatically deducted when any shipping refund amount was found. For Tax- Tax is not calculated on shipping cost.
