For Marketplace Sellers- Customer Return and Shipping Policies and Terms & Conditions (Terms of Service)
Customer(s)- refers to users of the Service who are placing Orders for Goods.
Sellers- refers to users of the Service who are listing Goods and making them available for trade by any means.
We ask that your items are ready to ship within 2 days. Please only upload products to the marketplace that are ready to ship. There is a feature that allows you to schedule when the product will be for sale at a later date or when it will post at a later date.
Unless your item is customizable or marked made to order and requires a longer time to prepare for shipment, please be mindful of Customer experience with lengthy shipments. This experience impacts the whole of customer perspective when shopping the marketplace.

For items that are refundable- We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns and exchange policy:
